This is my favorite hotel in the area. Good staff here, particularly the breakfast crew. It's about the cleanest Homewood I've stayed at, and if you find something worn or damaged they're extremely quick dealing with it.

Had a really nice experience here. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. Comfortable stay overall — would definitely recommend!

Loved it. Quiet and clean. I had no shampoo in my room, but I am pretty much bald, so I still give 5 stars. Lol! I will stay again for sure.

The hotel is in nice area with not so much traffic going through. It is walking distance from the san francisco premier outlets. The swimming pool is great and the breakfast is amazing. They do have alcohol drink in the mini store. I also noticed the hotel haves doggy treats at the check in/out desk. The Tesla charging station is rip as of August 23, 2025. Now the rooms. Every nice and spacious it does include a refrigerator electric stove garage disposal and dishwasher. There is glass plates and dishes. I do say this is a place away from home. Go and book here.

I stayed here for six days and found several aspects of the hotel commendable. The property was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and in a great location—convenient for my needs and easy to access. However, my overall experience fell short of the consistent quality I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties around the country and internationally. Despite requesting just one cleaning during my stay, housekeeping never followed through. I mentioned this to the front desk, and although they acknowledged it, no action was taken. When I called again later that afternoon, I was told they might be able to clean the room the following day due to being busy with other guests. That level of service was disappointing—especially given that my request was minimal. Additionally, the breakfast offered each morning was exactly the same without any variety. After several days, it became monotonous and didn’t reflect the kind of thoughtful amenities Hilton typically provides. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving future guest experiences. Rooms are decently sized (completely spotless upon arrival) and the pull-out bed is actually pretty comfortable. The walls are pretty soundproof and the front desk/room service is genuinely so sweet! If ur looking to go to the on-site pool, while it is heated, it goes into the shade after about 5-6 pm so if you're looking to tan, I'd do it before 4 for a decent chair :)

The policy of cleaning rooms every 3rd day needs revision. If the same guest would check in and check out everyday, the room would be cleaned everyday. So if the guest requests room cleaning every alternate day.. It should be entertained. On a positive note, we found Dawn a very pleasant always smiling personnel at the reception. She brings a very positive outlook to this place.

The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is the terrible sound proofing between rooms. We could hear everything going on in the room beside us. Otherwise, comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

Stayed over two nights. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Everyone was very friendly. I felt safe in this location. We asked for a quiet room and ours on the third floor was perfect. Only drawback was the soap and shampoo were not filled in the shower, but this was remedied by a call to housekeeping.
